Ingredients
- 1 cup combined Fine & Coarse Ground Sea Salt
- 1 cup Fine or Coarse Sugar
- ½ - 1 cup V-6 Massage Oil
- 10-20 drops essential oil
Instructions
- Pour into wide-mouth glass container. Keep it near your shower/bath and use after you cleanse your skin. Dip your hand into jar and scrub into your body. Rinse. A bath mat is advisable as the V-6 Massage Oil makes the polish slippery.
- Essential oils for cellulite:
- Grapefruit, Juniper, Rosemary, Cypress, Orange, Tangerine, Cedarwood, and Lemon.
- Essential oils for skin enhancement:
- Chamomile, Clary Sage, Frank, Geranium, Lavender, Melissa, Myrrh, Orange, Patchouli, Sandalwood, and Ylang Ylang.
